Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Aurora Fashions.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation.
